If you’ve recently changed your email and no longer have access to the old one, please contact your company’s administrator to update your email address in Optio.

Confirm that the email address you entered when requesting the code is typed correctly.

Allow for Delays
Wait 1-2 minutes, then refresh your inbox. Email delivery may be delayed depending on your company’s email provider.

Check Your Spam Folder
The email containing your login code might have been filtered into your spam or junk folder. Please check there.

Resend the Code
If you still haven't received the code, try resending it by entering your email again on the login page.
