You can see previous admin changes by logging into the Optio Incentives Portal. Ensure you are in the Admin portal when looking for “Audit log” on the left side of the menu. You can see what portal you are in by looking at your name in the top right corner. If it does not say “Admin portal”, please press “Admin Portal”.
You will then be able to see “Audit log” on the left side.

When pressing the “Audit log” you can see changes done by previous or current admins in the Optio portal.
