This guide is designed to help you understand admin privileges you grant colleagues by designating a certain role.
Add Users
To add new users simply click "Add user" in the top right corner. Then add the employee and select which access role to grant. You can choose to notify the employee or not before confirming the role.
Edit Access
You can edit a user's access by clicking the three dots to the right on the user.

Granular access
You are able to grant access to a limited set of legal entities for Finance Managers. Specify which legal entities you would like to assign your colleague when assigning the Finance Manager role.

What should I do if an admin leaves the company?
Their access to the customer admin portal can be revoked by removing them as an admin. Note that they might still be considered an employee and have therefore access to the Participant Portal. -
How can I verify changes made to access control?
You can view all access control changes in the Audit log. -
I cannot find the user I am searching to add. What should I do?
All users you find in the list are employees. If you want to add someone that is not listed under your Employees in Optio you have to add them as an employee there. It is currently not possible to add users that are not listed as employees. -
How do I terminate an employee?
If you want to terminate the employee in addition to revoking their company admin access you must do so under Terminating Employees. -
I need to set up more legal entities in Optio. How can I do that?
You may manage your legal entities from Entity management. Read more on How to create and edit legal entities.
