If self-service financial reporting has been enabled for your company your company administrators and Finance Managers can find it under the Financial Reporting menu item on the left sidebar.
If self-service financial reporting has not been enabled for you, please reach out to your contact at Optio.
The available sub-page under Financial Reporting menu may differ depending on your setup, but if you have self-service reporting enabled you will have at least a couple of the ones you can see in the picture above.
Within the Reports list page you will find a list of all interactive reports already generated for your company, whether they were generated by your own admins or with the help of Optio.
To create a new report, check out how to create a new financial report.
On this page you can see all historical reports generated by your admins and Optio, these do not change so you can always access the historical reports you generated. On each report you can see key information about the report:
- Report name: This is the name defined when creating the report. You can also edit this name.
- Report period: Displays the period the report covers, by displaying the report start date to the report end date.
- Created: Displays the timestamp for when the report was generated.
- Created by: Displays who generated the report, either by your administrators name or Optio if generated by Optio.
- Status label: The status label shows whether the report is done generating. If you have a large amount of data and it takes a couple of minutes to generate the report this label will let you know once the report is ready.
- Delete button: With the right-side delete button you can delete reports you have generated yourself. You cannot delete reports generated by others.
By clicking on a particular report you will access that specific report.
Please note: The reports you see on this page are only the reports generated by the self-service reporting tool. If you want access older historical report deliveries provided by Optio in the past, you can find them by accessing Reporting files:
