If you need to change your order, you may be able to cancel it before it’s sent to the market. Here’s how you can do that:
✅ Steps to Cancel Your Order:
1. Log in to the Participant Portal.
2. Go to the My Orders tab.
3. Find the order you wish to cancel and select Cancel, if the option is still available.
Once your order is canceled, you can place a new order with a different amount or schedule.
⚠️ Please Keep in Mind:
Make sure to consider the window timeline when making changes. If the order is already being processed, it might not be possible to cancel it.
Remember that new order has to be put within the opened window. Otherwise it will not be possible.
