Standard payment timeline
- After you sell your shares, settlement takes place 2 business days after the trade date (T+2).
- Once settlement is complete, please allow up to 10 business days for your proceeds to be paid.
- If there are any issues with your payment, we will contact you directly to resolve them
What if I haven’t received my funds after 10 business days?
If it has been more than 10 business days since settlement and you still haven’t received your payment:
- Please contact support.
- We will raise this with our banking team and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
What if my payment has been rejected?
If you have been notified that your payment was rejected:
- Go to the My Orders section in your account.
- Select the order with the status “Payment Failed”.
- Follow the instructions to update your banking details.
- Once updated, we will re-attempt the payment within the next few business days.
