Required Information
When requesting a transfer, you must provide the following details:
- Brokerage account number
- Bank or broker name
- Contact email address for your bank or broker
⚠️ Important: We cannot accept phone numbers. An email address is mandatory, as brokers require an auditable written trail of the transfer.
