How to Cancel
- The easiest way is to log into your Participant Portal and cancel the transfer directly from there.
- If you do not see this option in your portal, please contact our Customer Service team at support@optioincentives.com and we will assist you.
Important to Know
- Once a transfer is already settled, it cannot be reversed.
- If your request is still in progress, cancelling it promptly will help avoid unnecessary delays or complications.
